Porcelaine Inlay

An inlay is a type of dental restoration used to strengthen a severely damaged tooth (i.e., a large cavity). On your first visit, Dr. Saba will take care to disinfect the tooth and prepare to install the inlay. He will then make an impression of the filled area and send it to the lab. Before returning home, a temporary inlay will be set in place.
During the second appointment, Dr. Saba will cement the inlay in place and ensure everything is as it should be.
Various materials are used to design inlays. At the Saba Dental Clinic, we use porcelain inlays. An inlay is an extremely strong option and can last for years with proper care.
